Christmas Delivery Dates

The last posting dates for delivery for Christmas are as follows: -

UK Mainland Free Delivery - 1pm Wednesday 20th December.

UK Next Day Delivery - 1pm Thursday 21st December.

Western Europe Delivery – 1pm Friday 15th December

Eastern Europe Delivery – 1pm Wednesday 13th December

What are your delivery charges?

We are pleased to be able to offer FREE standard UK mainland delivery on all orders placed for personalised greeting card. For more information about delivery, within the UK and internationally, please visit our delivery details page. Calendar Delivery charges to UK are an additional £1.99 for 1st Class delivery (usually 1-3 days delivery by Royal Mail). For Other countries see delivery charges page.

Postage for Gifts are as follows: UK 1st Class Delivery - £3.99, UK 2nd Class Delivery - £2.99, UK Signed For Delivery - £7.50. International Delivery - £8.50

How long will card and calendar deliveries take to arrive?

Special Delivery - If your order is placed before 2pm, we will ship your order to arrive at the delivery address provided the next working day (available for UK delivery address only) and your delivery will need to be signed for when it arrives. PLEASE NOTE: Special Delivery made before 2pm on a Friday will arrive on the Monday as Royal Mail do not deliver on Saturday.

UK Standard Delivery - If your order is placed before 2pm, we will ship your order the same day with a delivery time of 1-3 working days. *Standard deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take longer than standard Royal Mail delivery. *Intervening holidays such as Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day and public bank holidays may affect delivery.

Europe and rest of the world standard Delivery - If your order is placed before 2pm, we will ship your order the same day by Royal Mail 1st Class post. Unfortunately, we cannot provide delivery times for all European and worldwide countries, but please find estimated dates advised by Royal Mail below.

Europe 7 to 10 days, USA average 10- 14 working days, Australia 14 to 21 days, Rest of world average 21-28 days Note: Delivery times to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses are dependent on BFPO schedules. Standard deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take longer than standard Royal Mail delivery. *Intervening holidays such as Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day and public bank holidays may affect delivery. PLEASE NOTE that when you select the dispatch date for your order, this will be the day it is shipped, not the day it is delivered.

How long will my gift delivery take to arrive?

As Personalised Gifts are sent from a different address, here are delivery details for all personalised gifts.

Economy Delivery* - Dispatched by 2nd class Royal Mail. Please allow 3 - 7 working days.

Express Delivery* - Dispatched within 24 hours by 1st class Royal Mail. Usually delivered within 1 - 3 working days from dispatch (this is not a guaranteed service).

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery* - Dispatched by Royal Mail SpecialDelivery. Order by 2pm and receive the following working day. Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will arrive on Saturday, orders placed after this time will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Not available on Bank Holidays. Only available in the UK (please allow 1 extra day for deliveries in Northern Ireland). Will require a signature upon receipt.

*Please note that certain products cannot be dispatched the same day and have longer dispatch times - these include phone covers, some engraved items and notebooks. If a product takes longer than our standard dispatch time, this information is clearly displayed on the product page.

International Delivery -We dispatch our products all over the world. Dependending on which country you choose, delivery will take between 3 and 14 working days.

If your gift order has not arrived within the quoted time scale, please follow the steps below: 1) Please check the address shown above is correct. 2) Please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office to check if your item is being held there. We do regularly hear that orders are at the local sorting office awaiting collection, despite a ‘While you were out’ card not being left. Please note we will not be able to arrange a resend of your order until this check has been made. 3) If the address is correct and your order is not awaiting collection from your local sorting office, please contact us using the form below and we will be able to help you further.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

No, not unless you have taken Next Day delivery. However, your item is very unlikely to fit through your letter box. We recommend getting it delivered to a work address or somewhere where someone is in most days. If you are out when it is delivered a card will be left for you (as per standard Royal Mail procedure) and you can contact your local sorting office to arrange redelivery. If you fail to collect the product from Royal Mail it will be returned to us after 14 days. In such cases you will not be entitled to a refund.

What will happen if I am out and someone tries to deliver my calendar / gift?

As with your usual post if you are out your postman will pop a "Sorry You Were Out" card through your door. At this point you can contact your local sorting office and arrange redelivery or collection. If you fail to collect the product from Royal Mail it will be returned to us after 14 days. In such cases you will not be entitled to a refund.

Can I pick a dispatch date for my order?

Yes. Once you have personalised your card, calendar or gift and entered the delivery address for your order, select the dispatch date you would like at the bottom of the delivery address page. Please note the dispatch date is the date your order will be posted NOT delivered.

Can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email to confirm dispatch of your order. Unfortunately at the present time we do not offer a tracking service (unless special delivery is selected), as this is not offered by Royal Mail on the service we use.

How do I complete my purchase?

Once you have entered your name and personalised details, you're personalised item will automatically update. Once you are happy with your personalisation, then click add to basket and go to checkout to complete purchase.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You do not have to set up an account or register in order to shop with personalise.com. To purchase without registering, just select buy as guest at checkout and fill in your details. Registering with us has its advantages, take a look: Makes future purchases quicker as you won't need to re-enter your account information again. Track your current order status and see your order history. Create your own personal address book. Be the first to hear about exciting new products and offers.

How do I personalise a card?

Our cards allow the customer to change some text on the front of the card, be it name, relation or age. You can also personalise the message inside the greeting card. Just follow these 3 easy steps! 1, Pick the card you would like to order from browsing our website and select by clicking on the card image. 2, Type the recipient's name, relation or age into the white boxes as prompted and complete your personalised inside message. 3, Now just click the Add to Basket button! The card image that you see on the Preview page is exactly as it will be printed. We don't take responsibility for mistakes in personalisation, so please double-check everything is correct and that you have personalised all the available areas on the front and inside of the card. Please note that the Official fonts used in some cards means that the text inside of the personalised card is capitalised.

How do I personalise a calendar?

Our Calendars allow the customer to change some text on the front of the calendar and also all inside month pages. To personalise a calendar just follow these 3 simple steps! 1, Pick the calendar you would like to order from browsing our website and select by clicking on the calendar image. 2, Type the recipient's name into the white boxes as prompted, this name will also appear on all month pages throughout the calendar. 3, Click the button "add notable dates" and pick any dates from the calendar you would like to add as a notable date to (this could be someone’s birthday, wedding, party or anything else you can think of). Enter event text as prompted to and when finished click "Add". Continue this same process until you have added all you notable dates. 4, Check you are happy and then just add to basket. The calendar images that you see on the Preview page is exactly as it will be printed. We don't take responsibility for mistakes in personalisation, so please double-check everything is correct and you have personalised all areas correctly.

How do I personalise a gift?

PACKAGING QUESTIONS

Am I able to send a card to someone other than myself?

Yes, After you have personalised your card when prompted enter delivery address you would like the personalised card/calendar to be delivered to. Or if you are a registered Personalise.com customer just select a delivery address from your address book.

Will I receive a spare envelope with my card?

Yes, all our cards come with a separate spare envelope as well as the envelope the card is delivered to you in.

I want to get my gift / calendar / card send directly to recipient. Will an invoice be included?

No, we never include an invoice with your gift. We do sometimes include a letter and/or leaflets informing the recipient of various promotions.

How will my Personalised card/calendar be packed?

Cards and Calendars are all dispatched in strong boarded envelopes, this is all to ensure your order arrives to you safely.

How will my Personalised gift be packed?

Your personalised gift is packaged in a custom made cardboard box for maximum protection..

What size are your calendars?

You can pick from two different size calendars. The small format is A4 (21.0 x 29.7cm) and the standard format is A3 (29.7 x 42.0cm).

What size are your cards?

You can pick from two different size personalised cards. The standard size which is 220 x 160mm and the large size which is 300x300mm.

What size are your gifts?

Will my product look exactly like the preview?

It is very difficult to reproduce the quality of our products online. Your preview is as close as possible to the finished item, the real product can look more realistic. Each product is finished to a high standard using state of the art printing equipment and a specialist design team.

Can you make my photograph better quality?

No we cannot. If the image you upload is poor, low resolution or blurred then this is how it will appear on the product. If you send a good quality image we can guarantee to produce a superb product. For those products needing a photograph you need to upload one of good quality, preferably a digital image. It should be “Passport” like with the person featured facing the camera. You can have your photograph assessed free of charge by emailing sales@personalisedfootballgifts.co.uk.

PAYMENT AND ACCOUNT QUESTIONS

What payments methods do you accept?

We accept payment online for the following cards Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron and Maestro and do not charge any extra for use of these cards. We also accept payment via PayPal and you can also pay using Prepaid Credit.

I’m making payment from outside the UK / What currency are your prices in?

If you are making payment from out side the UK by bank/credit card, your bank will just convert the British pound sterling price to which ever country currency your bank/credit card is located. Please contact your bank to find out what exchange rate they are using, as these change daily. All prices listed on Personalise.com are in British pound sterling.

Are my personal details secured?

We take security very seriously at personalise.com and we want our customers to feel comfortable using our website. We respect your right to privacy and will only process personal information you provide to us in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. I have a discount code, how do I use it?

If you’re lucky enough to have a Personalise.com voucher code, once you’ve picked and personalised your card/calendar/gift you will be directed to 'My Basket'. Enter the code you have in the voucher code white box that appears at the bottom left of the page, then just hit 'Apply'.

I can't sign into my account?

If you are having problems signing in to your account, ensure that you are entering the correct email address and password for your existing account. If you continue to have problems logging in, try sending a 'forgotten password' reminder to your email address to ensure you have the correct email and password for login. For more help, please contact us.

How do I use PrePay to Pay for my Purchase?

Prepay is great option as saves you money and saves time in the checkout process. You will need to have a Personalise.com account to buy Prepay credit. Under 'My Account' page there is an option called 'CREDIT'. Select this and you will be able to purchase either £5 in credit (get £1 free) or £10 credit (get £2 free) or £20 (get £4 free). Once you have bought your credit, this will automatically be used to pay for your next order when you get to checkout. Prepay can be redeemed on all personalised calendars, cards & gifts.

What if i havent received an Order Confirmation Email?

If you haven't received a confirmation email from Personalise.com (please check junk mail as well), it is possible that your order did not successfuly go through. Please contact us if you would like us to check this for you.
